  3. To Clear items: select all.
  4. Make sure the boxes Cached images and files and Cookies and other site and plugin data are checked then click on Clear browsing data.
  5. Restart your browser. For Firefox:
  6. Select the menu at the top right (?) and click on History, Clear recent history then check the Cookies box.
  7. Next to Clear interval, select all.
  8. Make sure the Cache box is checked in the Details section, then click on Clear Now.
  9. Restart your browser.
