Return and refund

1)BEFORE making a return, please ensure that you meet the following conditions: 

• The item is in its original packaging
• The request must be made within 14 days (from the delivery date)
• The item has never been washed or even worn, it must be in its original condition.
• Tags must be hung on the item

2) Contact us by email at help@boheme-infinity.com in order to be supported by our customer support. 

3) Return the desired items following the instructions given by our after-sales service. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please note, we do not have a return address in Europe, this is done at your expense internationally. (SEE CGV )

Bohème Infinity is not responsible in the event of an address error on the part of the customer and reserves the right to refuse: 

• A return sent or indicated after the return deadline, 14 days after receipt of your order
• An item not in its original condition. 

 

REFUND/CREDIT

Our refund times are 7 to 14 days depending on your payment method (credit card, Mastercard or Visa).

In the case of a voucher/credit on our store, it will be valid for six months from its creation and can be used on all products strong> from our store.
